📄Documents Required for School Admission

1. Birth Certificate

An official or certified copy (not hospital-issued). Used to verify the child’s age and parentage.

2. Parent’s / Legal Guardian’s ID Proof (Any one of the following)

- Valid Driving License
- Government-issued ID card
- Current Passport
- Permanent Residential Card
- Aadhar Card (Mandatory)

3. Child’s Passport Size Photographs

8 recent photographs in school uniform (white t-shirt).

4. Parent’s Photograph

2 passport-size photo of both parents (Mother/Father) for identification and school records.

5. Proof of Address & Work

Utility bill, rent agreement, or government-issued document showing current residential address.

6. Medical / Immunization Records

Submit the child’s vaccination history as per government guidelines. Mention any existing medical conditions.

7. Emergency Contact Information

Names and contact numbers of persons to be contacted in case of emergency.

8. Custody Papers (If applicable)

If the child is under legal guardianship or with a single parent, submit custody documents or a declaration letter.

9. Filled Admission/Application Form

Must be completely filled and signed by the parent or guardian.

10. Special Needs or Support Documents (If applicable)

Submit relevant assessments or reports if the child receives any external support services.

📌 Guidelines About Fee

1. Non-Refundable Policy

Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Payment Deadline

Monthly fees and conveyance charges must be paid by the 10th of each month. A fine of Rs. 150/- per day will be charged after the due date until payment is made.

3. Late Fee Fine Policy

No requests for waiver of the fine on late payments will be entertained.

4. No Reminders Issued

No reminders or letters will be sent by the office regarding fee dues. Parents are responsible for timely payment.

5. Advance Payment Options

For convenience, parents may pay monthly dues quarterly, half-yearly, or for the full session in advance.

6. Payment Timings

All collections at the office counter will be accepted only between 10:00 AM and 12:00 noon on working days.

7. Receipt Requirement

Parents must immediately collect the official receipt at the time of fee payment and keep it safely for future reference.

8. Fee Card Requirement

It is mandatory to bring the fee card when making any payment at the school office.

9. Fee Revisions

The school reserves the right to review and revise the fee structure periodically. Any revisions will be applicable to all students.

10. Admission Confirmation

Once a student is accepted for admission, all required payments must be made immediately to confirm enrollment.

11. Sibling Discount

A 10% discount on the Annual School Fee is offered to the younger sibling, provided the elder sibling is already enrolled at RoyalStar Kids Kingdom. The discount is valid only if fees are paid within the stipulated time. No waivers on deadlines for this discount.

Guidelines and Curriculum at RoyalStar Kids Kingdom

1) Uniform / Hygiene
  • All students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and correctly. Uniforms must be clean, well-ironed, and in good condition. Shoes must be polished and socks must be clean daily.
  • If your child wears diapers or pull-ups, please send a sufficient supply to school.
  • Hair must be neatly styled—girls should have their hair properly tied, and boys should keep their hair well-trimmed. Fingernails should be clean and cut short.
  • Children should come to school bathed, well-groomed, and neatly dressed, carrying a clean handkerchief and napkin daily.
  • Please encourage and guide your child to maintain good hygiene habits such as regular handwashing, covering their mouth when coughing, and using a handkerchief properly.
  • Children should inform the teacher immediately if they need to use the washroom or feel unwell so assistance can be provided promptly.
2) Lunch and Nutrition Guidelines
  • Provide healthy and nutritious food in your child’s tiffin.
  • Include chopped fruits, nuts, and vegetables during lunchtime.
  • Only vegetarian food should be sent.
  • Avoid sending fried, junk food, or perishable items.
  • Ensure your child carries a filled water bottle every day.
  • Lunch boxes, water bottles, and bags should be clearly labelled with the child’s name.
  • Lunch box should be packed with a napkin, spoon, or fork.
  • Students must carry a large napkin and one handkerchief daily in the tiffin bag.
3) Home Practice Work
  • Parents should regularly check their child’s bag for circulars.
  • Review Google Classroom or WhatsApp group for daily notes and important updates.
  • Encourage children to complete home assignments on time and revise regularly.
  • Provide a quiet and supportive home environment for study.
4) Participation in School Events (Child & Parents)
  • Participation in activities/events/competitions helps in holistic development.
  • Encourage your child to participate in cultural events, competitions, sports, and celebrations.
  • Parents are invited to join school festivals and celebrations, strengthening the school-home bond.
Comprehensive Foundation Curriculum @ RoyalStar Kids Kingdom

At RoyalStar Kids Kingdom, our curriculum is designed to support the developmental and academic needs of young learners. By the end of KG-2 (UKG), students gain foundational skills in English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and General Knowledge.

They develop the ability to read and write simple sentences, solve basic math problems, and understand key concepts about their surroundings and daily life. The curriculum also emphasizes emotional, social, and creative growth to prepare children for formal schooling.

Graduates from KG-2 are fully eligible for Grade 1 admission in CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or International curriculums.

📚 Quality Time Over Screen Time

A Parent-Child Reading Program

RoyalStar Kids Kingdom is launching a special initiative to promote moral values and encourage quality family time through a weekly reading program.

  • Each week, the school will provide a book focused on important moral lessons.
  • It is compulsory for parents to read the book and narrate the story to their child.
  • This activity is designed to reduce screen time and foster meaningful interactions between parent and child.
  • It aims to build strong ethical foundations and develop a love for reading in young minds.
